My entire working and professional career has been dedicated to working full time in the Restaurant Industry. I have worked in some of the best restaurants in New York and Connecticut for, and with some of the best Chefs in the country. Dining is a passion of mine and I have been lucky enough to have eaten at some of the world's best restaurants in different counties across multiple continents. This has allowed to me experience some of the best food in the world along with the opportunity to photograph it. I approach food photography from the standpoint of what the guest see's and 'Capturing food as it's presented.' When working with restaurants and chefs to photograph their food, this principle is at the forefront of my mind. I think about how food is not only plated from a diners perspective, but eaten as well, always trying to meet and exceed their expectation. We eat with our eyes. 

 Because of my full time employment in the food industry, I am around food constantly and interacting with customers on a daily basis, getting real-time feedback on things that work and don't work which helps me get a perspective and idea of how to photograph food.
