Bio
Hi, I’m CJ — an endurance athlete, coach, and founder of Salty Miles Run Club, a growing community built around fitness, connection, and pushing limits together. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, from training for marathons, ultras, and HYROX events to helping athletes and everyday people become stronger, faster, and more confident. I created Salty Miles to be more than just a weekly run club — it’s a community where people of all fitness levels can show up, challenge themselves, meet new people, and be part of something bigger than just training.
Living with celiac disease has also shaped my journey as an athlete. Learning how to fuel and recover properly while living gluten-free has made me passionate about sharing products, routines, and habits that genuinely help me perform at my best. Through coaching, content, and community events, my goal is to inspire people to stay authentic, push past their comfort zones, and realize they’re capable of more than they think.
