Melina Toolan is the creator behind Coast2CoastBites, a food review account highlighting diverse dining experiences across the country. I’m originally from Connecticut, but spent five years living on the West Coast between Los Angeles and San Diego, where I developed a deep appreciation for regional food culture and visual storytelling.

I launched Coast2CoastBites in May 2025, since its launch, the account has generated over 625,000 views, reflecting strong audience engagement and growing brand recognition. I am passionate about collaborating with restaurants, food brands, and other local organizations to showcase culinary experiences in an authentic and creative way.
