Bio

Hi, I’m Alla, the creator of Gluten Free is Alla Eat. Born and raised in Connecticut, I'm now growing my family here too — and creating content rooted in community, family, and trust along the way.

My platform highlights safe, family-friendly dining and experiences across Connecticut, with a focus on local restaurants, attractions, and businesses that prioritize welcoming environments and thoughtful (and delicious!) gluten-free options. I’ve built a strong, supportive community that values transparency, safety, and real recommendations.

As someone with celiac disease, safety and cross-contamination awareness are at the core of everything I share. Since becoming a mom, I’ve centered my work on helping families confidently explore Connecticut—spotlighting places that are kid-friendly, inclusive, and clear about dietary accommodations. Through trusted, experience-driven content, I help local brands connect with families actively seeking safe and accessible experiences.

As a preschool special education teacher and Beyond Celiac ambassador, I bring an advocacy-first approach to every partnership, emphasizing education, safety, and authenticity. My platform serves as a bridge between Connecticut families and brands committed to creating inclusive, enjoyable experiences.
