Bio

Alex P. Taylor is a media personality, food content creator, and nachopreneur known as the Nacho King of Connecticut. With 20+ years in hospitality, a big-hearted sense of humor, and a passion for outrageous nacho creations, Alex has built a loyal following across Instagram, TikTok, radio, and television. He is a two-time Best of Hartford winner for social media and regularly appears on Great Day Connecticut, FOX61, WTNH News 8, and 96.5 TIC FM. His national TV credits include Hell’s Kitchen, Below Deck, and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver.

Alex is also the author of the forthcoming cookbook, Totally Nachrageous: Next-Level Nacho Recipes for Parties, Game Days & Crowd-Pleasing Fun, releasing nationally on August 25, 2026.
