Alex P. Taylor is a media personality, food content creator, and nachopreneur. He was nicknamed the Nacho King of Connecticut for his passion for nachos. With 20+ years in hospitality, public speaking and regular appearances on Great Day Connecticut, Fox 61, WTNH 8 and 96.5 TIC FM, he’s known for outrageous nacho creations and a big-hearted sense of humor. His viral “Most Unique Nachos in Every State” series, appearances on Hell’s Kitchen, Below Deck, and Last Week Tonight with John Oliver have earned him a loyal following across Instagram, TikTok, and iHeartRadio. Whether sharing snack wisdom or building sky-high stacks of chips, Alex is ready to lead the nacho and foodie revolution—one chip at a time.
